Gender based violence in the world of work and access to decent work is a key focus of ActionAid's work. GBV is an urgent global human rights concern that leads to exploitation, vulnerability, precarity of work and ultimate economic as well as social inequality of women and other excluded groups, including people targeted on the bass of their gender identity.
